Over the course of my career, I have founded and managed over a dozen businesses across the country. But I am not just a coach who teaches theory; I am a battle-tested strategist. I know what it means to scale 1 million dollars per year in revenue, and I know the crushing reality of staring down $400k in debt. I have been in the trenches, operating in survival mode, and watching a broken business model drain my bank account and my energy.

That rock bottom is exactly why I became the Sustainable CEO. I didn't just rebuild my empire; I completely disrupted how I ran it. I engineered the exact financial systems, unapologetic pricing strategies, and operational boundaries that I now teach to my students. I know how to pull you out of the trenches because I had to build the ladder to climb out myself.

Now, as an Industry Strategist, my true mission is tearing down the broken systems of the pet industry. I travel the world with my husband, Chris, teaching ambitious stylists how to step out of the "hobby mindset" and engineer highly profitable operations. My education bridges the gap between world-class premium pet styling and the ruthless business strategies required to build high profit margins that support your life not just your business.

I am a firm believer that no matter how many trophies you hold or how many years you have been in the industry, you are never done leveling up. There is always a new level to unlock in your mindset, your daily operations, and your business strategy. I believe that if you are actively learning something new to make yourself better than you were yesterday, you are not just improving your own life—you are expanding your capacity to help someone else.

I also deeply believe that you can learn something valuable from every single person you cross paths with. Everyone’s story holds a lesson. Remaining an eternal student is the ultimate key to sustaining both a disruptive business and a grounded life.

GROUNDED LIVING ​

The systems I use to scale my businesses are the exact same systems I use to run my home. When I am not on the world stage or mentoring other business owners, my world is rooted in the earth. I live a grounded, homesteading lifestyle with Chris and our four beautifully wild children—Kadence, Jaxon, Ryder, and Leilani. We raise quails, chickens, keep bees, breed dogs cultivate our own food, and run a no-waste kitchen.

Whether I am optimizing permaculture systems or designing a high-ticket salon structure, the goal is exactly the same: eliminate waste, respect the environment, and maximize growth.
