The grooming industry is broken. We are overworked and undervalued.
We have accepted burnout, broken bodies, and earning below minimum wage as "part of the job" for far too long. Too many talented stylists are operating without a real business strategy, guessing their prices based on what the salon down the road is charging, and barely covering their weekly burn rate.
My education isn't just about scissor skills; it’s about the 'Sustainable CEO' Mindset.
I do not believe in the starving artist groomer. Mastering the craft is only half the equation. The other half is knowing your exact numbers, calculating your "Real Wage," and implementing unapologetic pricing strategies that actually reflect your worth.
The Goal: Profit and Peace. I teach you how to engineer a high profit margin so you can build wealth, protect your physical health, and actually clock out to enjoy a life by design.
